Device Installation and Maintenance
Customers are responsible for the proper installation and maintenance of GPS devices unless the installation is performed by our authorized technicians. Improper handling or unauthorized removal of the device may result in service issues and void any warranty.

Data Privacy
All location data collected through our GPS devices will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal data with third parties without customer consent, unless required by law or government.

Service Interruptions & Data Loss
We are not responsible for any loss of data due to:

GSM network service provider issues
-
Hardware malfunctions
-
Temporary service breakdowns or disruptions
While we strive for reliable service, external factors may occasionally impact data availability or accuracy.

Labour Charges
Labour charges may apply based on the type of service required. For example:

Charges will be applied if a device is reported missing
-
Charges will apply if the device is found to be uninstalled by the customer or a third party without authorization
These charges will be determined based on the time and complexity involved in restoring the service.

Subscription and Payment
All services are billed monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan. Payments must be made on or before the due date as stated in your invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in temporary suspension of service. If payment is not received for 3 consecutive months, the system will automatically terminate the account and all related services. Upon termination:

All tracking history and data may be permanently deleted.

If the customer wishes to reactivate the account, a reconnection fee will be applied, the amount of which depends on the type of service and system setup required.
Prices for all services are subject to change with prior notice.

Warranty and Liability
Our GPS devices come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not cover damages caused by human error, including but not limited to:

Physical damage due to mishandling

Water or fire damage

Improper installation or removal

Unauthorized repairs or modifications
We are not liable for any indirect damages, business losses, or misuse of tracking data by the customer or any third party. In the event of device failure due to eligible defects, we will repair or replace the device at no additional cost, subject to our inspection and approval.

Service Availability & Issue Resolution Timeframe
Although we aim to maintain 90% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors such as network issues, maintenance, or force majeure events. In the event of any technical problems or service issues, our team will make every effort to identify and resolve the problem as soon as possible. However, we do not guarantee an exact timeframe for resolution. Please note:

Several working days may be required to investigate and fix the issue, depending on its complexity.

Weekends and public holidays are not included in the resolution timeframe.

Customers will be updated on the progress as necessary.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during the troubleshooting process.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice. All payments are non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued for any unused or partially used billing periods.
