Standard Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority, there are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Fleetmy:

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchased

Only items that have been purchased directly from Fleetmy, either online or at a Fleetmy Retail Store, can be returned to Fleetmy. Fleetmy products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Please ensure that the item you're returning is in good condition and repackaged with all the accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.

Any hardware dismantle or uninstall costs are borne by customer

Exchanges
Upon returning the device, you may opt to receive an item or receive a refund.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you paid by FPX, refunds will be credited to your bank account within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.

If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.
